i biked for about 30min. then ran 2 miles. it felt really good. i could run a lot faster than i normally have been doing...so maybe i'm getting faster. :O) i hope so. i'm tired of 10 min miles. i've been running that speed since high school. i am so surprised at my dedication too! i've never been this strict on my training schedule ever! i'm sure some of you think that my training seems pretty relaxed, but this is really good for me. i think this blog has really helped me! thanks everyone!! |
