i did 3 miles at 9:30-10min. mile pace and then did the last mile at about 8:30-9min pace. it felt ok. my hip has been bothering me so i didn't want to push it too much. i think the stupid spinning bikes at usu messed me up. maybe i'll just stay off them for a while and kind of go easy on my workouts. my mom just got her hip replaced last year and i don't ever want to go through that! i just signed up for my first triathlon so i had to keep training. i am way excited but nervous for it too. it is on march 29th and hopefully logan doesn't have a race that day so he can come watch (and know how it feels to be me waiting for him on a race day!!! waiting and waiting and waiting!!!) equally as hopefully i hope this hip thing doesn't get in the way. :O) |
