Running Accomplishments:

once upon a time i finished 2 marathons...very slowly.  if i can count high school then i made it to state twice for the 4x4.  that's about it.  my biggest accomplishments have to be cheering my husband on and making sure he doesn't have a melt-down before a race.

Short-Term Running Goals:

my goal this year is to do 2 triathlons, the ice-breaker sprint triathlon in march and the st.george triathlon in may (i think that's when it is).

Long-Term Running Goals:

be active for the rest of my life

Personal:

i am married to the hottest runner in the world...logan fielding :O) i will graduate from usu in may and hope to have kids some day.

another horrible homework week. for some reason i can't start my homework until the night before it's due...even if it's a 7 page research paper. oh well. it got done and life is good once again. i could not exercise though and that was a problem. it was a beautiful day except for the fact that it was red air day! so i didn't want to run outside. i decided to go to the field house at usu and run on the track. i like doing that but i always see people i know and i have to stop and talk. it's great fun! i don't get a very consistent workout though but oh well. i saw an old boyfriend of mine there and was reminded of how grateful i am that i married logan!! (i dated some real bums!) logan is wonderful! anyhoo. i managed to get 3 miles in at about 9:30 pace and then did another mile of sprints/jogs. it felt great! hopefully i can keep up the running, swimming and biking from now on! i have the moab 5 mile next sat. and then my triathlon on march 29th!! i'm a little nervous but i think it will go well. :O) we shall see. have a good one everybody.

Yeah Yeah! You are doing the Moab 5 mile? I am as well and have been feeling lonely, not knowing who else is doing it. Of course, you will kick my trash, but I can watch you race by!

Nice workout by the way. Sounds like fun, getting in some social while you work your body. Plus, having people around that can see me run always makes me go a tad faster...
