Running Accomplishments:

once upon a time i finished 2 marathons...very slowly.  if i can count high school then i made it to state twice for the 4x4.  that's about it.  my biggest accomplishments have to be cheering my husband on and making sure he doesn't have a melt-down before a race.

Short-Term Running Goals:

my goal this year is to do 2 triathlons, the ice-breaker sprint triathlon in march and the st.george triathlon in may (i think that's when it is).

Long-Term Running Goals:

be active for the rest of my life

Personal:

i am married to the hottest runner in the world...logan fielding :O) i will graduate from usu in may and hope to have kids some day.

I had a great workout today! I did an easy 15 min. warm-up on the bike and then ran a mile at an easy pace. Then continued to alternate 10 min bike and 1 mile run 3x. Each set I tried to go just a little bit faster. It was really good for me to feel the transition from bike to run...it's going to take some getting used to. I think everyone in the gym thought I couldn't make up my mind which to exercise on the treadmill or the bike? I am quite indecisive (you can ask Logan) so maybe that's why i like this workout so much. The last mile I did on the indoor track and I felt like I was flying. I have been on stationary things for so long it felt nice to have the wind in my hair. Welp, that's it...feeling good.

Thats a great idea, running for 3 miles straight gets boring fast. Great job getting 3 in!
