I had a great workout today! I did an easy 15 min. warm-up on the bike and then ran a mile at an easy pace. Then continued to alternate 10 min bike and 1 mile run 3x. Each set I tried to go just a little bit faster. It was really good for me to feel the transition from bike to run...it's going to take some getting used to. I think everyone in the gym thought I couldn't make up my mind which to exercise on the treadmill or the bike? I am quite indecisive (you can ask Logan) so maybe that's why i like this workout so much. The last mile I did on the indoor track and I felt like I was flying. I have been on stationary things for so long it felt nice to have the wind in my hair. Welp, that's it...feeling good. |
