I almost did a mile today!! I would have done it too but i ran out of time. it felt great! we did it in sets of 50 yards so it wasn't that hard. i definitely am feeling it now but that's a good thing. my hip is feeling a lot better and so i think i'll start adding a little biking back into the workout again. i might try to find a different bike to ride on..or maybe the weather will be fabulous and i can ride my bike outside!! wishful thinking i know but it would be awesome! |
