swam agian today. man it felt good. i really pushed myself and did a hard workout and it went really well. i think i can push myself harder next time.
when i swim i always breathe on my right side and it makes my neck a little stiff sometimes. so today i decided to learn how to alternate my breathing in hopes that it would eliminate my neck discomfort. no such luck! now both sides are stiff and hurt! oops. oh well...i'll go run and it will loosen up. |
